2. Custom Customization & Trademark Boundaries

We specialize in custom text personalization (such as names, initials, dates, or historical descriptions).

  • We print custom text only. We do not manufacture or print corporate graphic logos under any circumstances.

  • Text identifiers like "1962 Fatboy" are welcome as descriptive text identifiers to assist collectors in organizing their personal setups.

3. Intellectual Property & Original CAD Designs

All structural enclosures, gear stands, travel cases, and organizer designs featured on this website are the original intellectual property of Chris M Spencer and are protected under United States copyright laws.

  • Your purchase grants you ownership of the physical item for personal use or gifting.

  • Digital recreation, scanning, distribution of CAD files, or commercial replication of our physical designs without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Compatibility & Brand Disclaimers

Our aftermarket cases are independently designed to be compatible with vintage classics and modern safety razor models. Chris M Spencer’s Shave Den is a completely independent artisan workshop. We are not associated, affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with the Gillette Company, Rockwell, or any other corporate razor manufacturing entity. All corporate brand names mentioned on this site are used strictly under nominative fair use to describe sizing compatibility for the consumer.

5. Manufacturing Variations

Because our premium gear is individually 3D-printed using high-grade filaments, minor cosmetic surface variations or visible layer lines are a natural characteristic of the 3D-printing manufacturing process. These minor aesthetic traits do not impact the heavy-duty structural integrity or performance of your enclosure.

6. Payouts, Shipping & Lead Times

  • Pricing & Tax: All prices are as listed. Direct direct-to-artisan orders enjoy free shipping and no sales tax.

  • Lead Times: We take immense pride in efficiency. Most stock items are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Custom engineering or large-volume corporate orders may require additional manufacturing lead times, which will be communicated to you directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our heavy-duty enclosures are engineered for extreme durability and everyday protection. However, Chris M Spencer’s Shave Den is not responsible for any accidental damage to personal grooming equipment, antique razors, or bathroom countertops resulting from improper usage, dropped items, or accidental chemical exposure.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes or legal matters arising from the use of this website or purchases made through razorcases.com will be governed by and handled strictly under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
